Bobbette Biddulph

As vice president and director of our Southern California region, Bobbette brings innovation, advanced regulatory knowledge, and client-focus benefit to our Southern California clients. She fosters regional partnerships and delivers results that raise the bar in community planning and ecosystem management projects.

Bobbette has more than 19 years of experience in resource and land use planning and CEQA/NEPA documentation. Her clients include the City and County of San Diego, California State Lands Commission, California Department of Parks and Recreation, California Department of Toxic Substance Control, Riverside County, Los Angeles County, and a wide variety of local government and private clients. She specializes in environmental compliance, recreation, city and regional planning, and urban regeneration.

Bobbette holds a Bachelor of Science in city and regional planning from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. She is an accredited member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, and is a San Diego County approved environmental impact report preparer. She is a member of the American Planning Association and the California Association of Environmental Professionals (AEP). She's a recipient of several awards for outstanding project work, including first place for Best Available Environmental Technology from National Association of Environmental Planners, first place in Outstanding Environmental Solutions from AEP San Diego Chapter, and the American Society of Civil Engineers San Diego Section's Award of Excellence. Bobbette regularly teaches both beginning and advanced CEQA courses and has been involved in curriculum development and proposed legislative reform initiatives in California.
