As senior vice president and Energy and Industrial leader, Doug works to keep our team at the forefront of today's dynamic and complex regulatory and permitting framework for large-scale energy and industrial projects. From aging infrastructure to the latest renewable energy technologies, Doug delivers solutions that meet the high-stake challenges of our energy clients.

Doug brings more than three decades of consulting experience and specializes in environmental impact assessments, regulatory compliance, and permitting. He is experienced in all aspects of complex NEPA and CEQA documentation, developing regulatory compliance programs, and preparing permit applications for energy, alternative energy, manufacturing, mining, high-tech, telecom, and defense clients, as well as for various government agencies.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in meteorology from Pennsylvania State University. He is certified as a Qualified Environmental Professional by the Institute for Professional Environmental Practice. Doug is a member of the California Manufacturers and Technology Association's Environmental Quality Committee and Government Relations Committee, the Western States Petroleum Association, and the Air and Waste Management Association.
