Lloyd Skinner, AICPPacific Northwest Regional Director
A senior vice president and director of our Pacific Northwest region, Lloyd has his pulse on the local policies and regulations affecting public and private clients alike throughout Oregon and Washington. Lloyd directs a full-service team of more than 50 experts who provide clients with an integrated approach that delivers enduring environmental solutions.
Bringing nearly 30 years of experience in planning, project management, policy development, mitigation planning, and project implementation, Lloyd has experience in all phases of environmental compliance. Specializing in development and implementation of public infrastructure programs, he has successfully negotiated complex environmental and land use permits for transportation, water, wastewater, and other development projects.
Lloyd has a Master of Science in forest management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Princeton University. He is an accredited member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. Lloyd is on the board of directors for the Planning Association of Washington, and is a former planning commission chair of the City of Lake Forest Park. He is a member of the American Planning Association and was previously a member of its Washington chapter board of directors.
